With Greenhouse Recruiting's Sourcing Automation, you can easily report on key metrics to capture your team's success in reaching prospects via automated messaging.
The leaderboard report shows each sourcing automation user and the number of actions taken by each person, including prospect lookups, contacts, messages sent, tasks, replies, and meetings booked.
Leaderboard report
To create a leaderboard report, click Reports on your navigation bar.
Click Essential reports on the left.
Scroll to the Assess Your Prospecting Efforts (CRM) section and click Sourcing Automation – Leaderboard.
The leaderboard report generates.
The leaderboard report displays the following information:
- Sourcing automation user
- Total lookups
- Total contacts
- Total messages
- Total tasks
- Total replies
- Total meetings booked
- Total prospects converted to candidates
- Total prospects marked as hired
Note: The user credited is the owner of the campaign pool, not necessarily the user who completed the action.

Click Filters and more to apply filters to your report.
The leaderboard report can be filtered by the following:
- Activity date
Click Apply after applying any filters to your report.
