The Greenhouse Recruiting Chrome extension is a browser plugin that allows your organization to add prospects to your Greenhouse CRM from a website, resume, or manually through the plugin without leaving your current workflow.

The extension also has the ability to discover a prospect's email address when parsing their information from select websites. With lookup credits, recruiters can accelerate their outreach initiative and improve response rates through enriched and accurate contact data.

Step 1: Locate duplicate prospects

When parsing information from AngelList, Github, Indeed, and LinkedIn, highlight the prospect's name or email address to check for duplicates within Greenhouse Recruiting.

If a duplicate isn't found, click Prefill to add their information to the extension.

NoteIf the highlight feature doesn't work, confirm that the extension has access to the website data. Extension icon Screenshot of the extension icon. > Ellipsis icon Screenshot of the ellipsis icon.  > Manage Extensions > Scroll to the Site access section > Click the site toggle to enable access
