Greenhouse Recruiting

Buffer times in interview scheduling

Customers can now add buffer time before and after interviews across all scheduling flows in Greenhouse, including automated and manual scheduling. Buffer times ensure interviewers have dedicated time to prepare, complete scorecards, or take a break, without extra coordination or manual blocks.

Auto-replace declined interviews for Outlook

Outlook integrations now support auto-replacing declined interviewers, allowing teams to quickly fill gaps in calendars and avoid last-minute scheduling issues.

Talent Matching UI enhancements

We've updated the Talent Matching UI to more clearly show how skills contribute to a candidate’s overall match. Customers can now see a breakdown of calibrated skills and supporting resume terms, along with improved explanations that make it easier to understand why a candidate is rated as a strong or limited match.

Download job posts as a PDF

Customers can now download job descriptions directly from Greenhouse as a PDF, making it easier to store, share, and reference them when needed. This eliminates the need for manual copy and paste or API access, helping teams stay prepared for audits, compliance reviews, and internal documentation.

Multi-location support for third-party job boards

Customers can now post jobs to third-party job boards with multiple locations and work types, including remote and hybrid options, directly from Greenhouse. This makes it easier to represent roles accurately, improve candidate discovery, and avoid creating duplicate jobs for each location.

Adding team members as cc'd on stage transition emails

Customers can now include coordinators, recruiters, and other hiring team members as CCs on automated stage transition emails using a role-based selection in Greenhouse. This helps keep the right people informed across key candidate communications without extra manual follow-up.

Note: Self-scheduling, identity verification, and take-home tests cannot have cc'd team members added.

Split e-Signature documents on the candidate profile

Customers using Greenhouse’s native e-signature can now choose to store signed documents as separate files on the candidate profile instead of a single combined PDF. This gives teams more flexibility to review, download, and manage individual documents as needed.

Add IP address to candidate packets and GDPR retention rules

IP address is now collected and stored as part of candidate device information. It can be included in candidate packets and selected in GDPR retention rules to support Real Talent features.

Available email tokens when creating stage transition emails

Stage Transition rules in Greenhouse now display the full list of available email tokens when configuring emails, matching the experience in email templates. This makes it easier for admins to build accurate, personalized messages without needing to guess which tokens are supported.

Export Harvest API v1/v2 credentials

Customers can now export their Harvest API v1 and v2 credentials directly from the Dev Center in Greenhouse. Previously, auditing these credentials required manual support from the Greenhouse team. This self-serve export makes it easier to review existing integrations and plan your migration ahead of the Harvest v1/v2 deprecation on August 31, 2026.

Other changes

  • GDPR filters on the All Candidates page have been renamed "Privacy and Compliance" and have updated menu options to better reflect the system behavior.

Greenhouse Onboarding

Update to .csv uploader

Customers can now use Greenhouse Onboarding’s CSV Uploader to bulk update custom fields, such as cost centers, employee IDs, and other team-specific data. Built-in validation and row-level error handling make it easier to catch issues and complete large updates without manual entry or support help, giving teams more control and saving time.

Field validation for custom fields

Customers can now control how new hires and others enter data into custom fields in Greenhouse Onboarding — including fields like SSNs and other critical information. Field validation reduces data entry errors, supports stronger integrations, and saves teams time spent on data cleanup.
