Rightmatch integration – Greenhouse Support

RightMatch AI’s integration with Greenhouse Recruiting allows users to use two-way data syncing for streamlined workflow management, including updating candidate statuses, providing AI-backed resume scoring, video interviews, and interview scoring and assessment.

Create a Harvest API key

To configure the integration, you’ll need to create a Harvest API key.

Follow the steps in this article to create the key, and verify that the permissions below are selected when configuring the RightMatch AI integration.

Credentials

In the Create New Credential box, make the following selections:

API Type: Harvest
Partner: RightMatch AI or Unlisted Vendor
Description: RightMatch AI Harvest API Key

Verify that the following permissions are selected for the RightMatch AI integration:

- Get: List Users
Jobs

Setup Candidate Syncing Integration

To connect with Greenhouse, navigate to https://rightmatch.app/settings/ats and click “Connect ATS” and choose the Greenhouse option.

Enter your Harvest API key when prompted and click continue.

Once you connect your RightMatch AI account to Greenhouse, your applications will start to sync with RightMatch automatically. From there, you can review your candidates’ scores and send interviews.

Once your candidates have finished syncing, select the ones you’d like to interview in the table and then click the “Interview” button in the bottom right to send them a video interview.

Setup the Assessment API

Contact us at support@rightmatch.app for your assessment API key. Then follow the steps in this article to send your key to Greenhouse and add the assessment stage in your interview plans.

Once you’ve set up your interview plans and configured your take home test, you’ll be able to send the test to candidates.

Use the integration with Greenhouse Recruiting

Once the RightMatch AI integration is enabled for your organization, you will be able to add the RightMatch AI assessment as an interview stage.

You can send an assessment to a candidate by selecting the Send Test button next to the interview stage. The assessment instructions will be sent by RightMatch AI.
