Grayscale AI Assistant integration
Greenhouse now offers a new integration with Grayscale, allowing organizations to embed Grayscale’s AI Assistant (Gracie) directly on their external job boards.
Customers can enable the assistant from Job Board settings, securely connect it with a token, and automatically track applicants who apply through Grayscale with a default source—keeping candidate data and workflows connected in Greenhouse. This integration helps teams scale timely candidate engagement, answer questions in real time, and improve the application experience without adding manual work or disrupting existing hiring processes.
Scorecard summaries in scorecard exports
AI scorecard summaries are now included in the Scorecard Export on the candidate profile when they’re available, helping teams collaborate more efficiently without extra back-and-forth.

Greenhouse now includes a {{CANDIDATE_LAST_NAME}} token for email and offer letter templates. This gives organizations more flexibility in how they address candidates, especially in industries where last-name–only communication is preferred.

More control over custom field options in dependencies
Greenhouse now supports more refined control over custom offer field dependencies.
Advanced and Expert tier customers can now configure child fields to display only specific options based on the value selected in a parent field. This makes it easier for recruiters to see only the inputs relevant to their selection, helping reduce clutter and minimize input errors.

API
Restrict IP addresses through Harvest API
Greenhouse now supports IP restrictions for Harvest API credentials, giving organizations more control over how their data is accessed.
Site Admins can update any existing Harvest API credentials (v1/v2 or v3) to allow requests only from specific IP addresses or ranges. This adds an extra layer of security to API-based integrations.

Bug fixes
- Fixed an issue where the offer sections page was not displaying for single-select custom fields.
