Ezra integration with Greenhouse Recruiting allows you to seamlessly add your assessments to a job's interview plan. Through this integration, you will be able to:

  1. Send Ezra interviews to candidates when they reach a stage of your choosing
  2. See the results of the Ezra interview in your Greenhouse account

Create a Harvest API key for the integration

This is done in three parts:

  • Creating the API key
  • Adding the API key to Ezra
  • Contact Ezra AI Labs to request an API key for your integration

To generate a Greenhouse Harvest API key, follow the steps in this article to create the key, and verify that the permissions below are selected when configuring the Ezra integration.

Credentials

In the Create New Credential box, make the following selections:

  • API Type: Harvest
  • Partner: Ezra or Unlisted Vendor
  • Description: Ezra Harvest API Key

Permissions

Verify that the following permissions are selected for the Ezra integration (note, these must be Harvest V3, not V1):

  • Candidates
    • GET: List Candidates
    • PATCH: Update Candidates
  • Job Posts:
    • GET: List Job Posts
  • Jobs:
    • GET: List Jobs
  • Custom Fields:
    • GET: List Custom Fields
    • PATCH: Update Custom Fields
    • POST: Create Custom Fields
    • DELETE: Delete Custom Fields

Add the API key to Ezra

Once you have this API key,

Contact Ezra AI labs and request an API key

Next, reach out to your contact at Ezra AI Labs representative (partnerships@ezraailabs.tech) to request an API key for your integration. Once you have the API key, follow the steps in this article to add the assessment stage in your interview plans.

Once you’ve set up your interview plans and configured your take home test, you’ll be able to send the test to candidates.

Use the integration with Greenhouse Recruiting

Once the Ezra integration is enabled for your organization, you will be able to add the Ezra assessment as an interview stage.

You can send an assessment to a candidate by selecting the Send Test button next to the interview stage. The assessment instructions will be sent by Ezra to the candidate, with a personalized link to where the candidate can take their Ezra interview.

Step 1: Click “Add Stage” and select “Ezra AI Labs”

Step 2: Once a candidate has reached the applicable stage in the interview process, you will have the option to “send test to candidate.” This will generate an Ezra interview and a personalized link for the candidate that you can share with them. That link will appear in the right panel under “Ezra Interview Link.” If you’ve set up a custom field (to use in emails to candidates), this link will also now be associated with that custom field.

After it has been sent, an assessment’s status will display in Greenhouse Recruiting.

Once the candidate has submitted their test, the Interview Kit will contain a link to view the submitted test in the Ezra application.

To see a candidate’s results in Ezra, click View Report .

After you follow the link, you will see the candidate’s evaluation page in Ezra with full post-interview results
