This sync occurs every 15 minutes to ensure you have the most up-to-date information in Employa.
Jobs management
The Greenhouse Recruiting integration automatically imports Open jobs into MatchMaster by Employa. Once the job is imported, you can add an unlimited number of criteria and define the experience requirements for the jobs in MatchMaster.
Additionally, the system can automatically generate the criteria based on the job description pulled from Greenhouse Recruiting.
Note: If you close the job in Greenhouse Recruiting, it will automatically be closed in MatchMaster by Employa.
Applicant processing
For each of the jobs imported, the integration imports the candidates associated with the job in Greenhouse Recruiting. Once a prospect is converted to a candidate in Greenhouse Recruiting, the integration will import them onto the job in MatchMaster as well.
When you move a job to the Screening status in MatchMaster, the system automatically begins parsing and processing applicants' CVs based on the criteria you defined, resulting in a comprehensive matching matrix for you with the most suitable applicants at the top.
MatchMaster will then automatically discover undesired patterns and misleading information in CVs, raising a flag on the applicant's name to warn you about it.
Additionally, when critical information is missing from applications, MatchMaster automatically generates questions appropriate for the applicant based on missing information. MatchMaster will send the questionnaire to the applicant by manual action from you to ensure that communication with applicants is well-controlled.
Enriched applicant profile
MatchMaster by Employa enriches applicants' profiles with the most relevant and up-to-date information it harvests from openly accessible resources, including links to social networking profiles, information about the companies they have worked for, institutions they have studied at, and certifications they have received.
