Greenhouse Recruiting’s integration with OutScout allows companies using OutScout as a sourcing partner to send candidate data (such as name, email, CV) from the OutScout platform into Greenhouse Recruiting.
Create an Ingestion API key for the OutScout integration
To integrate with OutScout, you'll need to create an Ingestion API key and provide it to OutScout.
Follow the steps in this article for more information on creating an Ingestion API key. Once the key is created, provide it to OutScout so they can set up the integration with Greenhouse Recruiting.
Create a service account user for the Greenhouse Recruiting/OutScout integration
Click the Configure icon in the upper right-hand corner and navigate to Users tab on the left-hand panel.
Click + New Users.
In the Enter user emails field, add the email email@example.com. In the Set permissions section, select Job Admin.
Under Job-Based Permissions, click Add.
In the Add and Remove Permissions window that appears, click Edit to the right of All Future Jobs. From the drop-down menu, select Job Admin: Standard.
Click Done, then click Save to create the new account.
Use the OutScout integration with Greenhouse Recruiting
When you create a new position in OutScout, you can specify which Greenhouse Recruiting Position ID the position should be linked to in Greenhouse Recruiting.
After you link the position between OutScout and Greenhouse Recruiting, candidates who accept an interview invitation in OutScout are automatically added as a candidate to the linked Greenhouse Recruiting position.
