ZoomInfo Recruiter helps you to uncover hidden talent and reach the unreachable. Greenhouse Recruiting's integration with ZoomInfo Recruiter enables you to source candidates, share information with Greenhouse Recruiting, and automate communication with candidates through drip campaigns.
Create a Harvest API key for the Greenhouse Recruiting / ZoomInfo Recruiter integration
To configure the Greenhouse Recruiting / ZoomInfo integration, you'll need to create a Harvest API key.
Follow the steps in this article to create the key, and verify that the credentials and permissions below are selected when configuring the ZoomInfo integration.
Credentials
In the Create New Credential box, make the following selections:
- API type: Harvest
- Partner: ZoomInfo (optional)
- Description: ZoomInfo Harvest API Key
Permissions
Verify that the following permissions are selected for the ZoomInfo integration:
- Select All
When finished, click Save.
Enable the ZoomInfo Recruiter integration
To enable the ZoomInfo Recruiter integration, login to the ZoomInfo Recruiter Admin Portal.
Click the Integrations tab.
In the Recruiter section, click Connect beside the Greenhouse tile.
Enter the following details:
- Email: Provide a Greenhouse Recruiting Site Admin email address. This is the email address that will be used 'on-behalf-of' to encompass all users in your organization who will export prospects to Greenhouse Recruiting. Some organizations opt to create a integration system user (ISU). Read more here: Create an ISU in Greenhouse Recruiting for an integration.
- API key: Provide the API key you generated in the earlier step.
When finsihed, click Connect Greenhouse.
Use the ZoomInfo Recruiter integration
Once the integration is configured, ZoomInfo Recruiter can export prospects or add them to a job.
Click Export, then click Greenhouse.
Use the dropdown to export them to Greenhouse Recruiting as a prospect or move them to a job as a candidate in Greenhouse Recruiting.
