This feature is currently in beta and may not be available to your organization.
Welcome to the Real Talent Beta! We’re excited to introduce new tools that make it easier to connect with candidates securely, cut down on spam, and find stronger matches for your open roles.
The beta includes three key features:
- CLEAR identity verification: Confirms that candidates are who they say they are using Greenhouse's partnership with CLEAR.
- Anti-spam blocklist: Helps keep your outreach focused on genuine candidates and protect your pipeline from malicious or risky outreach.
- Talent Matching: Surfaces candidates who are a good fit for your jobs based on your defined criteria and weighted calibration.
Depending on which features you’re using, you’ll need to adjust some settings in Greenhouse Recruiting. Follow the sections below to get Real Talent set up.

Most settings for the Real Talent beta can be configured under Configure > Real Talent.

Note on GDPR
If your organization operates under GDPR regulations, make sure to update your GDPR rules. Add these new features (CLEAR identity data, anti-spam data, and talent matching data) to your deletion policies so that candidate information is removed appropriately when requested or required.
- Candidate packets can be updated under Configure > Candidate packets.
- Data deletion rules can be updated under Configure > Privacy and Compliance > GDPR > Data Deletion Rules.
