EarnBetter is a technology company that utilizes AI to support job seekers and hiring teams. An explosion of candidate volume at the top of the funnel has created a perfect storm for job-seekers and hiring teams to navigate, and EarnBetter’s FastTrack cuts through the noise, allowing hiring teams to find the qualified and interested candidates in their pipeline. Our platform includes an AI resume screening agent, and a fully interactive AI voice and video interview agent that is highly configurable and integrated into leading ATS’s. Our agents can be deployed and configured within minutes, allowing hiring teams to manage their inbound volume and candidates to share more of their story.
- Approximately 46% of candidates are completing their interviews on nights and weekends, as both sides are freed up from scheduling challenges.
- Your agents are equipped to answer questions for candidates as well, and we see 91% of candidates asking at least one question of the AI agents, with nearly 3 questions asked on average.
- Average candidate rating of 4.6 / 5.0 for the interviews; 100% of candidates indicated that they have "learned more about the role" from the interview
EarnBetter’s integration with Greenhouse Recruiting allows recruiters to configure AI agents to screen resumes and implement phone screens, fully configurable and built into your existing recruiting process.

Use the EarnBetter integration with Greenhouse Recruiting
On the “Jobs” tab in EarnBetter you’ll tap: “Add Job from ATS”
And then you’ll tap “Link” next to the Job you’d like to connect.
Once you tap “Link” we’ll automatically sync your job and generate a first set of criteria to evaluate your candidates which you will be able to review by tapping “View Job”
There are two agents that you can configure for any given job:
The first is the “Resume Agent” Configuration. On this page you’ll do a few things:
- Set an Entry Stage (when do you want the Resume Agent to begin reviewing resumes). These stages in the drop-down are all pulled from your Greenhouse account for that particular job.
- Set a “Meets Threshold”, “Fails Threshold” exit stage: these are the stages where our agent will place candidates after it has reviewed their application. Candidates who meet the “Score Threshold” and ALL required qualifications will be deemed to have met the threshold.
- A Score Threshold: this is a number from 1-100 that you’ll establish which will dictate what the score cutoff is for meeting or not meeting the threshold.
- Qualifications:
- Your qualifications can be Required or Preferred, and the weighting determines how much of an impact the qualification has on the Score of the resume. You can add, delete, edit qualifications at the bottom of the screen.
Note: Once you have filled out your Entry and Exit Stages and at least one criteria, your resume agent will be live!
The second agent is the “Phone Screen Agent” Configuration. On this page you’ll do a few things:
- Establish an “Entry Stage” and an “Exit Stage” for when you want the phone screen agent to “open” for candidates, and where you want it to place candidates after they have completed the evaluation.
- Determine whether you want to direct-dial candidates (aka Outbound calls) or Enable email drip invitations to invite candidates to interview (recommended).
- Create a Knowledge Base of all the content the Agent can draw from to answer questions for the Candidate.
- Establish the Phone Screen Questions: there are a few components to this that we’ll go through:
- Question: what you want the agent to ask
- Goal: this provides the agent guidance to understand if it needs to dig deeper to meet the question goal or if it has received a satisfactory response from the candidate that it can evaluate
- Evaluation Type:
- Knockouts: binary determination of whether a candidate met a requirement
- Rated: evaluated on a four-point scale
- Data Collection: retrieves and summarizes the data for you (start date, conflicts, etc…)
- Evaluation Prompt: how you want the Agent to evaluate particular answers
- Short Label: you can keep this blank. This is the label that will be used when we push the summary into the Greenhouse
Finally you can drag questions to the appropriate location in your screen using the arrows on the Actions panel. This will allow you to order the screen however you’d like.
Once your Phone Screen Agent is set up, you can reach out to your EarnBetter account representative to turn it on!
Once you have integrated EarnBetter with your Greenhouse Recruiting account, you’ll be able to deploy your agents.
