Greenhouse Recruiting offers integrations that allow you to create free job posts automatically on Indeed and LinkedIn Limited Listings after setting your external job posts live.
Each job board partner has unique guidelines for which jobs can be set as remote from within Greenhouse Recruiting.
Note: The ZipRecruiter integration doesn't support remote job posts.
Mark a job post as remote for third-party boards
Navigate to an existing external job post, or create a new external job post, and scroll to the bottom of the Job Post Edit page.
Check the box next to the third-party job board where you wish to publish the post remotely.
Select a location to be associated with the job post and check the Remote box.
Note: Your job post will not save without a valid location, even with remote enabled. Remote job posts are only available in these countries: United States, Canada, New Zealand, and Australia.
Remote job posts will be shown on the job board for the location you selected.
Example: If Omniva Corporation posts a remote job post to Denver, Colorado, United States, then only people in Denver searching for remote job posts will see the post.
When finished, click Save.
The job post will appear on the selected third-party job board within 48 hours.
Indeed remote requirements
When posting a remote job on Indeed, you'll need to define a location for each job post.
Once defined, select the Remote checkbox. When the post is published to Indeed, the job will be marked as remote within the city and state you selected.
Example: If Omniva Corporation posts a remote job post to Portland, Oregon, United States, then only people in Portland searching for remote job posts will see the post.
Remote nationwide job posts on Indeed
Indeed also supports remote nationwide job posts. This means you can post a remote job post across an entire country, rather than remote to a specific location.
Check Enable nationwide remote location for compatible job boards to enable your job post to be remote nationwide. You'll still need to enter a location so the post can be associated with a country.
Note: Indeed nationwide remote job posts are only available in the United States, New Zealand, Canada, and Australia.
When finished, click Save.
Your job post will be shared remotely on Indeed nationwide, rather than remote specific to a single location.
