Greenhouse Onboarding notifications are turned on by default for all employees.
Employees can unsubscribe from their organization's configured Greenhouse Onboarding notifications in their personal account settings. These include:
- Choreographed introduction emails
- Weekly task summary emails
- Overdue task reminder emails
- Task assignment emails
- Pending hire emails
Note: Pending hire notifications are sent to Owners, Coordinators, and users with custom access to manage pending hires. Employees without these permissions can't enable or receive this notification.
Unsubscribe from notifications
From your Greenhouse Onboarding homepage, click your initials.
Select Account settings from the dropdown.
On the Notification Settings page, uncheck the box next to a notification to unsubscribe from it.
Your changes will be saved automatically.
If you want to unsubscribe from all notification emails, toggle off the switch next to your email address.
You can re-enable and update these notification settings at any time.
