Create a Harvest API key for the CiiVSOFT integration
To configure the Greenhouse Recruiting / CiiVSOFT integration, you'll need to create a Harvest API key.
Follow the steps in this article to create the key, and verify that the credentials and permissions below are selected when configuring the CiiVSOFT integration.
In the Create New Credential box, make the following selections:
- API type: Harvest
- Partner: CiiVSOFT
- Description: CiiVSOFT Harvest API key
Verify that the following permissions are selected for the CiiVSOFT integration:

- PATCH: Update application
- PATCH: Advance application

Once complete, copy your API key to a secure location and email it to your CiiVSOFT Client Services Director.
Add CiiVSOFT as a Greenhouse Recruiting user
Next, you'll need to create a Greenhouse Recruiting user for the CiiVSOFT integration.

- Name: CiiVSOFT Processor
- Email: [CLIENTNAME]@ciivsoft.com
- Permissions: Site Admin, with all user-specific and developer permissions
Use the CiiVSOFT integration with Greenhouse Recruiting
Using the CiiVSOFT task automation integration is easy. It has been designed specifically to work with the Greenhouse platform and operates autonomously in the background. The integration is comprised of three interconnected solutions which automate different recruiting tasks in Greenhouse.
ARKiiVE automates search within Greenhouse Recruiting to find suitable candidates every time a new job vacancy is created. Any matching candidates are automatically assigned as prospects against the new job vacancy! ARKiiVE provides Greenhouse Recruiting users with a helpful, automated search and sourcing tool, enabling them to get a head start on a new job requisition.
Use ARKiiVE on Greenhouse Recruiting
If ARKiiVE finds any suitable, matching candidates in Greenhouse Recruiting, it will automatically forward them as prospects for that job. Only 20 candidates will be added as prospects. In the event that ARKiiVE finds more than 20 matches for a role, only the best 20 matching candidates will be forwarded.
To review matching prospects found by ARKiiVE, navigate to the job and view the prospects. You can convert a prospect to a candidate.
FiiLTER automates initial applicant response handling, reviewing and screening new applications against job vacancies. FiiLTER automatically advances matching candidates from the first pipeline stage to the next interview plan stage, enabling you to get straight to the best matching candidates for your vacacines.
Use FiiLTER on Greenhouse Recruiting
FiiLTER-matched candidate applications are automatically advanced to the next pipeline stage for the job in Greenhouse Recruiting. To view the candidates, simply login to your Greenhouse Recruiting account and navigate to the job. You'll see applications screened and forwarded by FiiLTER in the stage for the job. Candidate applications can be managed through the remaining stages in the normal way.
FiiLTER+ automates candidate referrals by reviewing applications against all open vacancies and pipelining candidate applications against the best-matching jobs. Applications that aren't a match are provided with a ‘second chance’ and automatically placed in a queue for FiiLTER+ processing. FiiLTER+ reviews each of these applications against all current open / live jobs.
