Once the LinkedIn RSC integration has been enabled for the organization, users who have connected their respective Greenhouse Recruiting user accounts to LinkedIn Recruiter can add candidates to jobs and/or prospect pools directly from the LinkedIn Recruiter accounts. In this article, we will cover how to:
Note: In order for Greenhouse Recruiting users to add profiles found on LinkedIn Recruiter as prospects into Greenhouse Recruiting, your organization will need to either have purchased Greenhouse CRM or the prospects feature. Organizations without either of these subscriptions will add LinkedIn profiles as candidates into Greenhouse Recruiting.
Export Candidate from LinkedIn Recruiter to a Job or Prospect Pool
Navigate to a candidate's profile from your LinkedIn Recruiter account and click the ellipsis inline with the candidate's name.
Select Export to ATS from the dropdown menu.
Use the subsequent dialog box to search for a job name, job ID, or prospect pool in your organization. Select the job or prospect post you would like to assign to the candidate and click Export.
Note: In order to export a candidate to a prospect pool, users will need the user-specific permission Can manage unattached prospects.
The candidate will be assigned to the job within your Greenhouse user account.
View Candidate Imported From LinkedIn Recruiter
Navigate to the job in your Greenhouse Recruiting account and click Candidates.
If you click into the added candidate's profile you can see the job(s) that the candidate has been assigned to during the LinkedIn Recruiter Export.
Note: To navigate to the candidate's LinkedIn profile through the LinkedIn RSC integration, the candidate will need to have an e-mail address within their Greenhouse profile. Imported candidates from LinkedIn Recruiter will need to have e-mails input manually due to: LinkedIn's Scraping Software Policy
