Create a Harvest API key for the Ai4JOBS integration
To configure the Greenhouse Recruiting / Ai4JOBS integration, you'll need to create a Harvest API key.
Follow the steps in this article to create the key, and verify that the credentials and permissions below are selected when configuring the Ai4JOBS integration.
Credentials
In the Create New Credential box, make the following selections:
- API type: Harvest
- Partner: Ai4JOBS (optional)
- Description: Ai4JOBS
Permissions
Verify that the following permissions are selected for the Ai4JOBS integration:
- All permissions
When finished, send the copied Harvest API key to support@thiswayglobal.com.
Create web hooks for the Ai4JOBS integration
When the Ai4JOBS support team receives the Harvest API key, they will send you two pieces of information necessary to finish the integration:
- Ai4JOBS Endpoint URL
- Ai4JOBS Secret Key
Copy both pieces of information to create your web hooks for the integration. This integration requires a total of thirteen (13) web hooks.
Follow the steps in this article to create your web hooks. Use the values listed below to configure the web hooks:

Use the Ai4JOBS integration
To use Ai4JOBS' REVEAL matching functionality, click Jobs from your navigation bar.
Navigate to a job on the subsequent list and click the number underneath the Candidates column.
Use the Profile Details filter on the left and select an Ai4JOBS group from the Candidate Tag dropdown to sort candidates. Check below for more information on the candidate tags:
- Ai4JOBS_group_1 = Most Qualified
- Ai4JOBS_group_2 = Very Qualified
- Ai4JOBS_group_3 = Qualified
- Ai4JOBS_group_4 = Somewhat Qualified
