Configure user permissions in Greenhouse Recruiting
Note: In order to enable the Greenhouse Recruiting / MoBerries integration, you will need to be a Job Admin or higher with the user-specific permission Can manage ALL organization's API credentials.
Contact a Greenhouse user in your organization with Site Admin level permissions with the additional user-specific permission Can edit another user's advanced permissions to apply the API credential management permission to your account.
Have the user with Site Admin level permissions edit your user account's permissions by navigating to the Configure icon > Users > Your Name.
The user with Site Admin level permissions should navigate to the Permissions panel on your user page and expand the Developer Permissions dropdown menu.
Select Can manage ALL organization’s API Credentials so that a check is in the checkbox. When finished, click Save.
Repeat as necessary for any other user that should have access to set up the integration.
Create a Harvest API key for the Greenhouse Recruiting / MoBerries integration
To create a Harvest API key for the integration, click on the Configure icon in the upper right-hand corner. Navigate to Dev Center on the left-hand panel.
From the Dev Center page, click API Credential Management.
From the API Credential Management page, click Create New API Key to generate the API key for MoBerries.
From the Create new credential dialog box, select Harvest from the Type dropdown menu. Choose MoBerries in the Partner dropdown menu.
Click Manage Permissions.
In the subsequent dialog box, click Copy to save your API key to your clipboard. Store the API key in a secure location to provide to MoBerries in the next step. Click I have stored the API Key once you have copied and saved the key.
Note: You cannot access the full API key again after clicking I have stored the API Key. If you lose your API key and need to access it later, you must create a new API key, provide it to the integration partner, and then revoke access to the original key.
On the Manage API Key Permissions page, select Applications, Candidates, Job Posts, Job Stages, Jobs, Sources, and Users.
When finished, click Update.
Your Harvest API key for the Greenhouse Recruiting / MoBerries integration is created and configured. Navigate to the Harvest API key on the subsequent page and copy the Harvest API key.
Create an Ingestion API key for the Greenhouse Recruiting / MoBerries integration
To create an Ingestion API key for the integration, click on the Configure icon in the upper right-hand corner. Navigate to Dev Center on the left-hand panel.
From the Dev Center page, click API Credential Management.
From the API Credential Management page, click Create New API Key to generate the Ingestion API key for MoBerries.
From the Create new credential dialog box, choose Candidate Ingestion from the Type dropdown menu. Choose MoBerries from the Partners dropdown menu.
When finished, click Create.
Your Ingestion API key for the Greenhouse Recruiting / MoBerries integration is created and configured for use in the next step.
Connect through MoBerries platform
With your Harvest API key and Ingestion API key copied from Greenhouse Recruiting, navigate to your MoBerries account.
Expand the More dropdown menu in your navigation bar and select Integrations.
Paste the Harvest API Key into the first provided field.
Paste the Ingestion API key into the second provided field.
Click Connect when finished.
Connect job postings between Greenhouse Recruiting and MoBerries
To connect the applications, your job post in Greenhouse Recruiting must be live on your job board.
From MoBerries platform go to the Jobs tab and select + Create Job. You can also edit an existing job.
Type the exact job title from you existing job post on Greenhouse into the section Find your ATS job posting here and continue the job editing as usual.
