Greenhouse Recruiting's Copy an Existing Job feature enables a user to create a new job by using preexisting jobs as a template. The job status for the job being copied can be Open, Closed or Draft.

Note: Users can only copy from jobs where they have Job Admin permission levels or higher. For Closed jobs, the user will need to have had these permissions at the time of the job's closing. Only users with Site Admin level permissions can copy from a job still in Draft mode.

To start, click the Add button at the top of the page and click Create a Job.

On the Choose a starting point page, click Copy an existing job.

Greenhouse Recruiting will copy the scorecard attributes, interview plan and other job details from the job you select to the new job. You can customize any details during the Create a new job process.

Note: Edits made to the information for this new job will not impact the details of the source job being copied.
