Greenhouse Recruiting's Copy an Existing Job feature enables a user to create a new job by using preexisting jobs as a template. The job status for the job being copied can be Open, Closed, or Draft.
Note: Users can only copy from jobs where they have Job Admin permission levels or higher. For Closed jobs, the user will need to have had these permissions at the time of the job's closing.
To create a new job by copying an existing job as a template, click the Add icon in the upper right-hand corner and select Create a Job from the dropdown menu.
Click Start from Existing Job from the subsequent page.
From the Choose an existing job to copy page, click the job that will be copied from the job list. Additionally, you can use the provided filter panel to narrow the search results by Job Status, Department, and/or Office.
The source job's scorecard attributes, interview plan, and other job details will be auto-populated in the create a job flow. Customize the details as necessary as you proceed through the Create a New Job flow.
Note: Edits made to the information for this new job will not impact the details of the source job being copied.
