When verifying your email domain on Greenhouse Recruiting, you'll need to add custom DNS records to your domain configuration. This article provides some external resources from major domain providers that may help.
Add DNS records to Google domains
To add DNS records to Google domains, sign into Google Domains.
Select Menu at the top-left, then click DNS.
Under Resource Records, find Custom records > Manage custom records.
Enter the records and values gathered from the Email domain verification process on Greenhouse Recruiting.

Add DNS records to GoDaddy domains
Note: For organizations using web hosting and domain registrar services with the domain implied (e.g. GoDaddy or SquareSpace), the Email your IT Department will need to be edited further to successfully verify your domain. Click here to learn more.
To add DNS records to GoDaddy domains, log in to your GoDaddy Domain Control Center.
Select your domain.
Select Additional Settings > Manage DNS.
Click Add to add a new record.
Enter the records and values gathered from the Email domain verification process on Greenhouse Recruiting.

Add DNS records to SquareSpace domains

To add DNS records to SquareSpace domains, click Settings from the Home menu, then click Domains.
Under SquareSpace domains, click the domain name.
Click DNS settings.
Scroll to Custom records and click Add record.
Enter the records and values gathered from the Email domain verification process on Greenhouse Recruiting.
