Greenhouse Recruiting supports job posts in multiple languages, some of which are not read left to right (e.g. Hebrew). If your organization has a job board specifically for countries who use a right to left language orientation, you can customize job posts by uploading a .css file to the job board configuration page.
For your convenience and reference, we have included a downloadable sample .css file on how to render a job post in Hebrew with right to left language orientation at the end of the article.
To upload the sample .css file (or a customized version) to a Greenhouse hosted Job Board, click the Configure icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen and navigate to Job Board on the left-hand panel .
From the Job Board page, click Developer Settings in the same row as the job board that will receive the .css file.
Navigate down the subsequent page to the Custom CSS URL section and click the Edit icon . Use the provided fields to input a .css file from your computer or URL.
When finished, click Save.
If your .css file is correct (and specifically configured for right to left language orientation), when a job post's Application Language is set to a language like Hebrew, the job post will read in the correct orientation.
