Greenhouse Recruiting
- Greenhouse Inclusion now offers the Candidate Survey by Demographic report. The Candidate Survey By Demographic report aggregates responses to candidate survey questions and organizes this data by responses to custom demographic questions on job posts.
- Your organization can now start a new prospecting process directly from the Application Review stage after you have rejected a candidate.
- Recently, we upgraded the look and feel of the Follow-up Reminder panel on your My Dashboard page.
CRM & Events
- Prospect applications initially submitted through the Events iOS Application that are auto-merge with secondary candidate applications will be considered converted to a candidate in your Greenhouse account. This will your organization calculate the ROI for individual events. For more information please see:
Greenhouse Onboarding
- Your organization can now apply rules to your custom fields so that the fields only populate for new hires that meet the criteria you define.
- When a New Hire is added to your Greenhouse Onboarding account, the email sent to People to Notify will now include a line item for the New Hire's Manager.
