Jobbio distributes jobs at your organization to its extensive partner network and careers marketplace. Greenhouse Recruiting's integration with Jobbio enables your organization to post jobs to your Greenhouse job board and have them automatically distributed through Jobbio. Additionally, the integration allows you to view and edit all applications and job posts on your Jobbio or Greenhouse Recruiting dashboard.
Create a Harvest API key for the Jobbio integration
To configure the Greenhouse Recruiting / Jobbio integration, you'll need to create a Harvest API key.
Follow the steps in this article to create the key, and verify that the credentials and permissions below are selected when configuring the Jobbio integration.
Credentials
In the Create New Credential box, make the following selections:
- API type: Harvest
- Partner: Jobbio (optional)
- Description: Jobbio Harvest API key
Permissions
Verify that the following permissions are selected for the Jobbio integration:
- Candidates
- Post: Add candidate
- Jobs
- Get: Retrieve job
- Get: List jobs
- Sources
- Get: List sources
- Users
- Get: List users
Copy your job board token
To set up this integration, you'll need to locate your job board token. This token allows Jobbio to pull jobs through the API.
To make your open jobs available to Jobbio, you'll need to send your job board URL.
You can find your Job Board URL by navigating to the Job Board settings. (Configure > Job Boards & Posts > Ellipsis icon next to job board > Edit Board Settings) and scroll to the URL field.
Once you have this URL, send it to Jobbio.

Create a new candidate source for Jobbio
To accurately tag candidates that were sent into candidates by Jobbio, create a custom source using the following options:
- Sourcing Strategy: Third-party boards
- Name of Source: Jobbio
After you've finished, provide the name of the source to Jobbio so they can finish configuring the integration.
Additional support
Once you provide Jobbio with all the necessary details, they will add these credentials to your Jobbio profile and allow all your jobs to populate on their site. Jobbio advertises jobs across its extensive partner network and careers marketplace to help its clients attract the best talent.
