AI-generated scorecard summaries help you quickly identify key candidate attributes by analyzing the content of submitted scorecards. These summaries surface shared themes and highlight areas of alignment or disagreement among interviewers.
Summaries are based solely on the written content in each scorecard. Each key point is cited and linked back to the original scorecard so you can easily reference the source.
These summaries are especially helpful in roundup discussions, making it easier for your team to align on key takeaways and decide next steps.
Creating the first summary
If no summary has been generated yet, you'll be prompted to create the first one. All interviewers and recruiters with access to scorecards will have access to the new summary.
If there’s only one scorecard submitted, it will highlight the overall impression and general sentiment of the interview. The Key points tab will include up to 10 bullet points summarizing important details from the scorecard.
When there are multiple scorecards, two tabs will appear: Agreements and Disagreements. Interviewer responses are grouped based on whether they aligned or differed on sentiment or focus attributes assigned to the candidate. Each tab includes up to five key points.
Updating summaries
Summaries can only be updated when another interviewer has updated their scorecard, or when a new one has been submitted.
Turn on scorecard summaries
First, go to Configure, then select AI Tools. Toggle "Scorecard summaries" on to activate the ability to generate summaries.
