Create a webhook

To integrate MHAYA.ai with Greenhouse Recruiting, you’ll need to create a webhook. Follow the steps in this article to create your webhook. Use the values listed below to configure the webhook:

  • Name: MHAYA.ai integration
  • When: Candidate Submitted Application
  • Endpoint URL: The Endpoint URL provided by MHAYA.ai during setup.
  • Secret Key: The Secret Key provided by MHAYA.ai.

Create a Harvest API key

To configure the Mhaya.ai integration, you’ll need to create a Harvest API key. The API key will be used to create custom fields and to sync data from MHAYA.ai to Greenhouse.

Follow the steps in this article to create the key, and verify that the permissions below are selected when configuring the Mhaya.ai integration.

Credentials

In the Create New Credential box, make the following selections:

  • API Type: Harvest
  • Partner: MHAYA.ai or Unlisted Vendor
  • Description: MHAYA.ai Harvest API Key

Verify that the following permissions are selected for the MHAYA.ai integration:

  • Applications
    • GET: Retrieve Application
    • PATCH: Update Application
    • POST: Add Attachment to Application
  • Custom Fields
    • GET: Get Custom Fields
    • POST: Create Custom Field
  • Job Posts
    • GET: List Job Posts
    • GET: Retrieve Job Post for Job
  • Users
    • GET: Retrieve User
    • GET: List Users

Use the MHAYA.ai integration with Greenhouse Recruiting

Use the MHAYA.ai integration with Greenhouse

A candidate applies for a job via Greenhouse. Then, MHAYA.ai Agentic AI performs the following:

  1. Analyses the candidate’s profile and job requirements.
  2. Adds AI-generated notes for recruiters and hiring managers.
  3. Attaches a Skills Trait Analysis Report (Admin Only).
  4. Updates custom fields with enriched AI-generated data.

After successfully configuring the MHAYA.ai integration, you can utilize its features directly within Greenhouse to streamline and enhance your recruitment workflow.

Viewing Enriched Candidate Profiles

  1. Open the candidate's profile in Greenhouse.
  2. Navigate to the Custom Fields section to view MHAYA.ai enriched data fields, which include key insights, and AI-driven scores tailored to the job description.

Skill Trait Analysis Report

  1. A detailed Skill Trait Analysis Report is automatically attached (admin only access) to the candidate's profile in Greenhouse.
  2. This report provides a comprehensive comparison of the candidate's skills and qualifications against the job requirements, helping recruiters make informed decisions faster.
