Greenhouse Recruiting’s integration with Nexxt combines Greenhouse’s ATS with Nexxt’s expansive talent database allowing companies to seamlessly export candidates. There are two ways to export candidates: candidates can be exported to jobs and/or to prospect pools.
Create a Harvest API key
To configure the Nexxt integration, you’ll need to create a Harvest API key to export Candidates to Jobs
Follow the steps in this article to create the key, and verify that the permissions below are selected when configuring the Nexxt integration.

Retrieve user IDs
You will need an Application User ID for your setup within the Nexxt platform during the integration process.

Create a Candidate Ingestion API Key to export candidates to prospect pools
Next, you’ll need to create an Ingestion API key to Export Candidates to Prospect Pools. Follow the steps in this article for more information on creating an Ingestion API Key and use the values below to create the key.

Create an account in Nexxt
To finish setup for this integration, you’ll need to create a Nexxt account. To create your account, go to this page to create your username and password.
Click Continue. You'll receive an email with a six-digit code that will need to be entered on the next page to validate your account.
Enter your code and click Continue. Complete the next page to add in more details about your account and organization.
When the information is complete, click Continue. Your Nexxt account setup is complete, and you can finalize your integration setup in Nexxt to finish the connection with Greenhouse.
Finish setup in Nexxt
Login to your Nexxt account, navigate to the dashboard, and click on the Account icon at the bottom left side of the page. Click Integrations in the menu.
Choose how you'd like to export candidates to Greenhouse:
- Candidate export to your jobs in Greenhouse
- Candidate export to prospect pools in Greenhouse

Enter your Harvest API Key and Application User ID

Enter the Candidate Ingestion API Key, Application User ID, and your email address that’s associated with your Greenhouse account.
Once the information is complete, click Save and wait for a confirmation message to your email. Your integration may take up to 2 business days to become active.
