Brainner is a resume screening software that helps organisations save up to 90% on screening tasks, while hiring the best talent in record time.
Brainner.ai doesn’t make decisions; it empowers recruiters and hiring managers with the tools to make smarter and faster decisions. Brainner processes each resume according to your specific hiring criteria (e.g., work experience, education, skills), analyzing which requirements are met by each candidate, calculating a candidate score and displaying this information in a dynamic visual dashboard.
Brainner’s integration with Greenhouse Recruiting allows to:
- Seamlessly import jobs and candidates from Greenhouse
- Navigate a list of candidates ranked by their alignment with the role, completed with justifications for each criteria.
- Easily Advance or reject candidates individually or in bulk
- Access to a detailed report for each candidate.

Use the Brainner integration with Greenhouse Recruiting
This part of the guide will explain how to start using the integration.
Let’s review the step by step:
In Greenhouse, the process starts with the Job Posting.
Go to Brainner and click ‘Import a Job’
Search and Select the job to import from the list displayed, and click ‘Import’.
In the Criteria Tab, you will find all the requirements automatically extracted from the Job Description. It is important to check that the requirements meet your recruitment needs. You can add, delete or modify any of the requirements.
For guidance, please refer to our quick tutorial video on how to customize criteria.
If it is a new job and no candidates have applied yet, you will start receiving candidates automatically from Greenhouse.
For a previous job where candidates have already applied in Greenhouse, you will need to click ‘Import from Greenhouse’ in the Candidates Tab to retrieve them. After this, any new candidates who apply will also be received automatically.
Select if you want to re-evaluate existing candidates or not, use the filters if needed and click ‘Import all’.
Candidates will be automatically imported, analyzed, scored, and ranked based on the defined criteria. The analysis will consider information from resumes and application questions. Results will be displayed in a table format, with an individual report available for each candidate.
New candidates applying to the position in Greenohouse, will be imported, analyzed and added to the report.
For more information please refer to our tutorial video on How to navigate the Candidates Report.
