Finding the right candidate starts with understanding what qualities matter most for the role. From crafting job descriptions to structuring interviews, having a clear sense of what you’re looking for is key. Scorecard attribute suggestions use generative AI help you create scorecards that align with your hiring goals. Suggestions are generated based on the job title, job description, and any existing attributes.

Site admins can manage how their organization uses AI by going to Configure > AI Tools.

To generate category and attribute suggestions, select the job you'd like to edit, go to Job setup, then select Scorecard.

Click the Get suggestions button.

Greenhouse will generate 3 suggestions for each category. If you have fewer than 3 categories, new categories will also be suggested.

New suggestions from Greenhouse will be marked with a purple icon.

After selecting which suggestions to keep or deleting them, click Save to apply your changes.

New suggestions can only be generated after saving all changes for each category and its attributes.
