Job Alerts
Organizations using the redesigned job boards can now allow candidates to sign up for job alerts and receive an email whenever a new job is posted for your company. Set up this integration under Configure > Job Boards and Posts > Edit Board Settings > Candidate Experience. Read more here.
Quick Apply
This month we released Quick Apply, a way for candidates to automatically fill in standard fields like their name, contact information, resume, education when applying for a job on a Greenhouse Job board.
To use Quick Apply, turn on the candidate experience features for your job board so candidates can create their Quick Apply profile. Read more about Quick Apply here.
Better spam protection for job boards
We've upgraded the spam protection settings on job boards and have given you access to the settings to fine-tune the level of protection that's right for your organization. You can update this setting under your Job Baord settings. Read more here.
Changes to default Job Admin permissions
The ability to view and edit candidates has been removed from the default Job Admin permissions and added to its own row on the Job Admin permission levels, so organizations can configure specific permission levels (like budget approvers) that need access to advanced actions on a job, but don't need to see or modify any sensitive candidate details.
Note: Any existing Job Admin permission levels have this permission selected by default. To remove the ability to view and edit candidates, navigate to Configure > Permissions > Manage Job Admin Permission Levels.

Enhanced field mapping from Greenhouse Recruiting
We upgraded the field mapping functionality between Greenhouse Recruiting and Greenhouse Onboarding to automatically map options for single-select and multi-select fields to reduce manual work. Read more here

Bug fixes
- Fixed an issue where the Forms to Send widget on My Dashboard was including tasks for rejected candidates.
- Fixed an issue where the Hiring Team was not displaying on posts for some Internal Job Boards.
- Fixed an issue where videos could not be embedded on job posts.
- Updated HRIS Link for ADP to send error messages when an HRIS Link Export fails.
- Fixed an issue where some non-US employees imported to BambooHR were appearing with incorrect country codes.
- Fixed an issue where some users could not be selected in a custom offer field when generating an offer.
- Fixed an issue where custom fields were not correctly displaying updated options.
- Fixed an issue where columns in the Visual Pipeline were displaying in the middle of the page.
- Updated the LinkedIn Apply Connection integration so it can be used when Location is a required field since the Apply Connect no longer has that restriction.
