Elastyc’s integration with Greenhouse Recruiting allows hiring teams to automatically evaluate candidates based on custom job criteria. Elastyc generates scorecards and grades that are sent back into Greenhouse for each candidate enabling recruiters to quickly and cost-effectively identify top candidates.

Elastyc’s integration with Greenhouse Recruiting allows you to seamlessly add Elastyc’s candidate scorecards to a candidate’s profile inside Greenhouse.

Create a Greenhouse ISU (Integration system User)

An ISU member is a way for Greenhouse to have an internal member to be used within an integration without interfering with the rest of the users of the platform.

Follow the steps in this article to create a new user with the email elastyc@yourdomain.com.

Remember to choose Site Admin permissions and check all the permissions related to User-Specific Permissions

Once the user is created, update the first and last name to the following values:

  • First Name: Elastyc.ai
  • Last Name: ISU

Add your Harvest API key to Elastyc

To add Greenhouse as your ATS in the Elastyc Dashboard, click Add Your ATS in the left navigation.

On the following screen select “Greenhouse” from the Select Your ATS dropdown box.

On the last screen add your Harvest API Key created above and click save. Once complete you will have connected your Greenhouse account to Elastyc.

Use the Elastyc integration with Greenhouse Recruiting

Once Greenhouse is connected, setting up your first job for scorecards is a simple process. Our onboarding flow will ask you to select your first job.

Once the job is selected you will be able to set up the custom grading criteria that will be used to generate scorecards for candidates. We recommend adding between 4 and 8 criteria per job.

Once the criteria has been added you will be able to activate the job for grading.

Once grading has been activated for a job, the process of grading candidates is automated. Elastyc will retrieve candidates from Greenhouse, generate the scorecards and show the scorecard results in the Elastyc dashboard.

You can also go to settings and have the scorecards sent back into Greenhouse candidate profiles. This is done by going to the Settings section of the Elastyc dashboard and enabling it.

Select Push Scorecards to ATS and click Save Changes.

Once the integration is complete, scorecards will be added to candidate notes.
