We’re implementing a phased deprecation plan to move legacy job boards to redesigned modern and customizable job boards. This plan will ensure a smooth migration and provide ample time for adjustments. The final deprecation date will be in April 2025 and we’ll send email reminders at major milestones.

Overview

Migrating to the new job boards provides an easier and more efficient way to customize your job boards, helps you meet a higher level of accessibility compliance and allows you to take advantage of new features.

In addition to style customizations, you’ll have access to a host of new features and capabilities including searchable job boards, scheduled job post status changes, Greenhouse Verified (closed beta), candidate job alerts (closed beta), mobile responsiveness and WCAG 2.0AA accessibility compliance.

Migrating your legacy board

Before you get started migrating your job board, you'll want to have:

    • Brand fonts: primary and secondary
    • Brand colors
    • Branded banner image
    • Logo + company web address

Note: Depending on your role and organization, you may need to ask other teams for these resources: Marketing, Brand, Design etc.

Once you've collected any necessary resources, simply follow the steps to easily customize your new job board.

Step 1: Turn on new job boards for the board you'd like to migrate

Go to Configure > Job Boards and Posts, then select the board you'd like to migrate. Select the name of the board you'd like to customize, then Board settings. Finally, toggle the New job board switch to "On".

Step 2: Style and customize your board

Select Board settings, then add your image, logo, board layout and filters to your job board.

Select Style and Customize, then add your brand colors, fonts, and button styles to your board.

After you've added your customization, you can see how your board will appear to job seekers. In Style and Customize or Board settings, select Preview at the bottom of the page.

Note: Repeat these steps for every job board you migrate.
