AI Ropes provides asynchronous assessments that mimic live interviews. Like traditional assessments, AI Ropes sends candidates links to challenges that can be taken at any time. But those challenges are evaluated just as a live interviewer would (e.g. timeline analysis, etc) - so you can understand how your candidates solve problems, not just if they reach the final answer.
AI Ropes’ integration with Greenhouse Recruiting allows you to seamlessly add AI Ropes assessments to a job's interview plan.
Enable the AI Ropes integration
Follow the steps in this article to retrieve your API key from your AI Ropes representative and add the assessment stage to your interview plans.
Once you’ve set up your interview plans and configured your take home test, you’ll be able to send the test to candidates.
Use the AI Ropes integration with Greenhouse Recruiting
Once the AI Ropes integration is enabled for your organization, you will be able to add the AI Ropes assessment as an interview stage.
You can send an assessment to a candidate by selecting the Send Test button next to the interview stage.
Note: When you send a test from Greenhouse Recruiting, the instructions are actually sent by AI Ropes.
After it has been sent, an assessment’s status will display in Greenhouse Recruiting.
Once the candidate has submitted their test, the Interview Kit will contain a link to view the submitted test in the AI Ropes application.
To see a candidate’s results in AI Ropes, click View Report .
Once you click the View Report link, you’ll be redirected to the AI Ropes results page with detailed information on the assessment result. Users must be authenticated with AI Ropes to view the result.
