JobStash’s integration with Greenhouse Recruiting allows users to streamline their hiring processes by seamlessly connecting Greenhouse’s applicant tracking system with JobStash’s candidate due diligence tools. This integration enables users to automatically retrieve candidate information, add candidate tags, and manage applications efficiently.
Create a Harvest API Key in Greenhouse
To configure the JobStash integration, you’ll need to create a Harvest API key.
Follow the steps in this article to create the key, and verify that the permissions below are selected when configuring the JobStash integration. Copy the API key, you’ll need to paste it into JobStash in the next step.
Credentials
In the Create New Credential box, make the following selections:
- API Type: Harvest
- Partner: JobStash or Unlisted Vendor
- Description: JobStash Harvest API Key
Permissions
Verify that the following permissions are selected for the JobStash integration:

Applications
- GET: Retrieve Application

Candidates
- GET: Retrieve Candidate
- GET: List Candidates

Tags
- PUT: Add a Candidate Tag
- POST: Add New Candidate Tags
Find your User ID in Greenhouse
Follow the steps in this article to find the user ID of your Greenhouse account.
Configure Greenhouse integration in JobStash
Navigate to https://jobstash.xyz/
Click Connect Wallet.
Sign in with your preferred wallet app and click ATS Settings.
Select Greenhouse.
Click Save ATS Selection.
Insert the Harvest API Key generated in the previous step in the API Token field.
Enter the user ID from the previous step in the User Id field.
Click Register.
Click Retrieve Tokens.
Keep the tab open. We will need it in the next step.
Create webhooks in Greenhouse
To integrate JobStash with Greenhouse Recruiting, you’ll need to create two webhooks. Follow the steps in this article to create your webhook. Use the values listed below to configure the webhook:
Webhook 1: Application Created
- Name: JobStash Application Created Webhook
- When: Candidate has submitted application
- Endpoint URL: Application Created Webhook URL
- Secret Key: Use the “Application Created Token”
- Error recipient email: webhooks@jobstash.xyz
Webhook 2: Candidate Hired
- Name: JobStash Candidate Hired Webhook
- When: Candidate has been hired
- Endpoint URL: Candidate Hired Webhook URL
- Secret Key: Use the “Candidate Hired Token”
- Error recipient email: webhooks@jobstash.xyz
Use the JobStash integration with Greenhouse Recruiting
No further action is required to use the JobStash integration.
For every candidate JobStash sees as a match, you will find Candidate tags (under Additional details) powered by JobStash’s candidate data.
