Set up the Hirize integration
To configure the Hirize integration, you'll need to create a Harvest API key and a webhook.

Follow the steps in this article to create the key, and verify that the permissions below are selected when configuring the Hirize integration.
Credentials
In the Create New Credential box, make the following selections:
- API Type: Harvest
- Partner: Hirize or Unlisted Vendor
- Description: Hirize Harvest API Key

Create a webhook
To integrate Hirize with Greenhouse Recruiting, you’ll need to create a webhook. Follow the steps in this article to create your webhook. Use the values listed below to configure the webhook:
- Name: A descriptive name for your integration. Most customers choose ‘Hirize integration’
- When: Candidate has submitted application.
- Endpoint URL: The Endpoint URL provided by Hirize (find in the Hirize Dashboard under connect)
- Secret Key: The Secret Key provided by Hirize (find in the Hirize Dashboard under connect)

Get Started
Kick-off by creating a job listing directly in your Greenhouse dashboard. This process ensures your job is mirrored on the Hirize dashboard, where candidate submissions are automatically ranked by their fit for the role.
Create a Job: In the Greenhouse dashboard, go to "Add" and select "Create a Job."
Integration Selection: During the creation process, at the "Job Post" step (Step 6), select your job board to post to. This name may vary based on your preferences (examples show Hirize Sandbox, you will see your own job boards in the dropdown). This action syncs the job with the Hirize dashboard, making all applicants or manually added candidates visible and ranked in Hirize.
Seamless Candidate Matching
With your job now live and candidates applying or being added, Hirize begins its work:
Dashboard Visibility: The job and its candidates appear in the Hirize dashboard as soon as they are added or apply.
Automatic Ranking
Witness the convenience as candidates are automatically scored for match quality, significantly reducing manual review time.
Refine Search Results: Easily edit and refine your search to ensure only the most relevant candidates are considered for the interview stage.
