Reqrout uses gamification to increase applicant engagement, decrease application churn, and improve the quality of the shortlisted candidates.
Reqrout’s integration with Greenhouse Recruiting allows you to seamlessly add Reqrout’s assessment to a job's interview plan.
Enable the Reqrout integration
Follow the steps in this article to retrieve your API key from your Reqrout representative and add the assessment stage to your interview plans. For a more detailed walkthrough of the assessment stage, see the section below.
Finish setup in Regrout
Head over to the settings page
Open the Integration section
Locate Greenhouse, and click Configure.
Follow the instructions as listed in the Greenhouse Configuration to complete the integration process
Add the Reqrout’s stage to a job’s interview plan
Once the Reqrout integration is enabled for your organization, you will be able to add the Reqrout’s assessment as an Interview stage.
To do this for an existing job, navigate to a job (All Jobs>Job Name) and click Job Setup from the listed tabs.
Navigate to Interview Plan on the left panel and click Add a Stage.
From the Add Stage dialog box, select the Reqrout stage. When finished, click Add to apply the stage to the job's interview plan.
Once you’ve set up your interview plans and configured your take home test, you’ll be able to send the test to candidates.
You can send an assessment to a candidate by selecting the Send Test button next to the interview stage.
Note: When you send a test in Greenhouse Recruiting, the instructions are actually sent by Reqrout.
After it has been sent, an assessment’s status will display in Greenhouse Recruiting.
Once the candidate has submitted their test, the Interview Kit will contain a link to view the submitted test in the Reqrout application.
To see a candidate’s results in Reqrout, click View Report .
