Greenhouse Recruiting's integration with Wellfound matches applicants created in Wellfound to your configured jobs in Greenhouse as new candidates.
Enable the Greenhouse Recruiting / Wellfound integration
Create a Harvest API key for the Wellfound integration
To configure the Greenhouse Recruiting / Wellfound integration, you'll need to create a Harvest API key.
Follow the steps in this article to create the key, and verify that the credentials and permissions below are selected when configuring the Wellfound integration.
Credentials
In the Create New Credential box, make the following selections:
- API type: Harvest
- Partner: Wellfound (optional)
- Description: Wellfound Harvest API key

Verify that the following permissions are selected for the Wellfound integration:

Once complete, your Harvest API key for the Wellfound integration is created and configured.
Copy your API key to a secure location to use in the next step.
Provide your API key to Wellfound
With the Greenhouse Harvest API key copied, navigate to the Wellfound integrations page and select Greenhouse.
Paste the Greenhouse Harvest API key and click Connect.
Select a sync type from the options listed and Wellfound will automatically pull in your public job postings from Greenhouse.
Use the Wellfound integration with Greenhouse Recruiting
Import jobs
The Import Jobs section lists the jobs Wellfound pulls in from Greenhouse Recruiting. For each job, select a mapping option using the dropdown at the upper-right.
If this is a new job, choose Import as new job. If you already posted this job in Wellfound, choose it from the options under Map to existing job. This will prevent us from creating duplicate jobs.
Wellfound encourages you to add salary and equity information here to increase inbound quality, as candidates often add compensation filters to their job searches.
Click the Import Jobs button once you are finished.
You can view your newly imported jobs at Wellfound > Recruiting > Listings. Synced jobs display a green sync icon next to the job title.
Jobs-only sync
If you have the jobs only sync, all of your live job posts in Greenhouse Recruiting automatically sync to Wellfound. Any candidates who apply on Wellfound will be visible in your Wellfound account, but you must go into your Wellfound account to manually add those candidates to Greenhouse Recruiting via Add a Candidate or Maildrop.
Note: Candidates synced using the Greenhouse Recruiting / Wellfound integration will automatically have 'Prospecting' assigned as their associated sourcing strategy. This cannot be changed.
If you'd like to use a different sourcing strategy, create a custom source with the desired strategy and then, assign the new source in bulk.
