In order to be assigned as an approver on a job or offer, a user must have certain permissions.
Permissions required for job approvers
Before assigning a user as a job approver, make sure they've been assigned the following permissions:
- Job Admin with the Job Admin permission Can view and edit private job fields and approve/request approval on jobs
Permissions required for offer approvers
Before assigning a user as an offer approver, make sure they've been assigned one of the following permissions:
- Site Admin with the user-specific permission Can see private notes, salary info, manage offers, request approval, and approve jobs/offers
- Job Admin with the Job Admin permission Can view and edit offers and approve/request approval on offers
Note: If you plan to assign the user to more than one approval process, they must be assigned the Job Admin permission Can view and edit offers and approve/request approval on offers on all future jobs.
