Set up the SproutsAI integration
Create a Harvest API key
To configure the SproutsAI integration, you’ll need to create a Harvest API key.
Follow the steps in this article to create the key, and verify that the permissions below are selected when configuring the SproutsAI integration.
Credentials
In the Create New Credential box, make the following selections:
- API Type:Harvest
- Partner: SproutsAI or Unlisted Vendor
- Description:SproutsAI Harvest API key
Permissions
Verify that the following permissions are selected for the SproutsAI integration:
Candidates
- Select all permissions
Jobs
- Select all permissions
Job Posts
- Select all permissions
Applications
- Get: Retrieve Application
Job Openings
- Select all permissions
When finished, click Save.
Your Harvest API key for the Greenhouse Recruiting / SproutsAI integration is created and configured. Copy the Harvest API key to provide to SproutsAI in the next step.
Provide your API credentials to SproutsAI
Next, you'll need to provide your created API key to SproutsAI.
To start, navigate to your SproutsAI account and Log in. Select the Greenhouse logo in the top header and then, paste the copied API key into the Add Harvest API modal.
Save when finished.
Retrieve SproutsAI’s Endpoint URL and secret key
As a next step in enabling the SproutsAI integration, you'll need to create four webhooks. Review the modal above to locate the endpoint information you’ll need to input or contact SproutsAI.

Follow the steps in this article to create four webhooks. Use the values listed below to configure the webhook:
- Name: A descriptive name for your integration. Most customers choose ‘SproutsAI integration - Create Job Post ’
- When: Job post created
- Endpoint URL: The Endpoint URL provided by SproutsAI
- Secret Key: The Secret Key provided by SproutsAI

- When: Job Created
- Endpoint URL: The Endpoint URL provided by SproutsAI
- Secret Key: The Secret Key provided by SproutsAI

- When: Job Post Updated

- When: Candidate has submitted application

Use the SproutsAI integration with Greenhouse Recruiting
After successfully integrating with Greenhouse, when you create a job post within the Greenhouse ATS system, that job post will automatically be synchronized and reflected in SproutsAI Dashboard as shown below.
