Use the Hire for High-Volume integration with Greenhouse Recruiting

Sync data to Greenhouse Recruiting <> GoodTime Hire

Hire for High-Volume works the same as the original GoodTime Hire integration and syncs interviews to Greenhouse Recruiting via the feedback forms that you select. If you find an interview is not syncing properly to Greenhouse, check the following:

  • Ensure feedback forms are selected for all of the interview events (excluding greets/walkouts)
  • Ensure the candidate is on the correct job in GoodTime

Data from Greenhouse Recruiting > GoodTime Message Panel

Note: If the Message in GoodTime button doesn’t appear on a candidate profile, review GoodTime's troubleshooting guide.

GoodTime > Message Panel from Message in GoodTime

After clicking on Message in GoodTime from a candidate profile, a message panel for the same candidate will appear in Greenhouse Recruiting.

This panel exists as a pop-up module and does not actually take you away from the candidate profile page. However, the actions performed in this panel are processed through GoodTime (notice name, email, and job match here).

Messages sent will also be synced to the Greenhouse activity feed

GoodTime > Interview Scheduling Panel

When clicking on the Interview button to schedule an interview from a template, the Job and Stage Import (highlighted in yellow) are carried over from the previous screen if the candidate has applied for more than one job.

GoodTime > Variables

Users can also import candidate data via GoodTime variables (the yellow tokens). When editing an existing scheduling template, or creating a new one (accessible through the buttons in the first screenshot), users are able to add variables that pull from both Greenhouse Recruiting and GoodTime for candidate/job and interview information respectively (shown in the second screenshot).

Opt-in consent for Application-to-Person (A2P) messaging

Application-to-Person (A2P) messaging allows organizations to send messages to standard 10-digit long code (10DLC) phone numbers.

New texting regulations for A2P 10DLC require candidates expressly opt-in when applying for jobs in order to receive A2P communications. If a candidate opts-out, these messages will be blocked.

To obtain this opt-in consent in Greenhouse Recruiting, create a custom application question using Yes/No as the configured answer type and then, apply this question to your job posts in bulk. Once created, you can then report on candidate application responses to locate the consent status.

To learn more on working with A2P 10DLC regulations in Greenhouse Recruiting, reach your Customer Success manager or open a ticket with Greenhouse Technical Support.
