When scheduling an interview in Greenhouse Recruiting, Google Calendar's out of office event isn't recognized unless the event is set to last all day.
To ensure team members don't schedule interviews during your out of office time, create all day events on your Google Calendar.
Create an all day event
To ensure that your time out of office is recognized by Greenhouse Recruiting, create an all day event. When selecting the event's time, check All day.
Ensure the calendar event is marked as Busy.
When scheduling an interview, your all day event is shown in the top row of the scheduling calendar.
