When scheduling from within Greenhouse Recruiting, you can view multiple calendars at once to ensure your interviewers are available when you need them.
If you are unable to see multiple calendars at once, try the following troubleshooting steps.
Step 1: Enable your calendar integration
Before you can view or schedule to other calendars from within Greenhouse Recruiting, you'll need to enable your calendar integration. Follow the instructions for your integration here:
If your integration is already enabled, you may need to get permission to the calendar using the steps below.
Step 2: Request write/edit permission for the calendars
To schedule to a calendar, you need to have permission to make changes to that calendar.
To get permission, ask the calendar owner or your organization's IT team to give you permission using the instructions for your calendar provider below.
