Headhuntr.io's integration with Greenhouse Recruiting enables the automatic transfer of potential, qualified, and interested candidates sourced in Headhuntr.io to Greenhouse Recruiting. This seamless integration helps to streamline and keep track of communication between candidates and the hiring team throughout the recruiting process.
Create a Harvest API key
To enable the Greenhouse Recruiting / Headhuntr.io integration, you'll need to create a Harvest API key. Follow the steps in this article to create the key and verify that the permissions below are selected when configuring the Headhuntr.io integration.
Credentials
In the Create New Credential box, make the following selections:

Create web hooks
After you share your Harvest API key, Headhuntr.io will provide you with a secret key to be used to create web hooks in Greenhouse Recruiting. Use the secret key to create fourteen (14) webhooks for the integration.

Retrieve Greenhouse Recruiting user ID
Finally, Headhuntr.io will require a Greenhouse recruiting ID for all the users of the company who will be using the integration. The user ID is required to associate the user with the data sent via the integration. Follow the steps in this article to retrieve your user IDs. The User ID from the downloaded file can be used to complete the user mapping step of the configuration on Headhuntr.io.
Use the Headhuntr.io integration with Greenhouse Recruiting
After enabling the integration, you can search and shortlist candidates for a requisition in Headhuntr.io. You can select the candidates at any stage of the requisition pipeline and select Export to ATS.
Once the export button is clicked, you'll receive an email with the details about the export. For all candidates exported, an export flag will appear with the label ATS Exported and the corresponding date when the export happened.
If a single job is selected while exporting, the candidates will be added to Greenhouse Recruiting as candidates. If no job or multiple jobs are selected, exported candidates will be added to Greenhouse Recruiting as prospects.
