Note: To enable this integration, your organization must have LinkedIn Recruiter.

LinkedIn Easy Apply is an integration between LinkedIn and Greenhouse Recruiting that allows candidates to apply directly through LinkedIn without the additional step of navigating to your company's careers page. To enable this feature, you will need to provide LinkedIn with your Job Board URL Token, a Job Board API Key, and a job board tracking link.

In this article, we will cover how to:

Configure User Setup Permissions in Greenhouse Recruiting

In order to enable the LinkedIn Easy Apply integration, you will need the developer permission Can manage Job Board related API Credentials.

Contact a Greenhouse Recruiting user in your organization with Site Admin level permissions with the additional user-specific permission Can edit another user's advanced permissions to apply the job board API credential management permission to your account. Have the user with Site Admin level permissions edit your user account's permissions by navigating to the Configure icon Configure.png > Users > Your Name

The user with Site Admin level permissions should navigate to the Permissions panel on your user page and expand the Developer Permissions dropdown menu.

Select Can manage Job Board related API Credentials so that a check is in the checkbox. When finished, click Save.

This will generate the Job Board API Key LinkedIn needs to post applications into Greenhouse Recruiting without having candidates redirect to your careers page. Copy and save the API key to provide to LinkedIn at a later step.

Generate Job Board Tracking Link

To ensure candidates who apply to your jobs using LinkedIn Easy Apply are attributed to the correct source, you will need to create a job board tracking link to provide to LinkedIn. If your team does not create a job board tracking link and provide it to LinkedIn, candidates who apply via LinkedIn Easy Apply will be added to Greenhouse Recruiting with a source of Jobs page on your website.

To begin, click the Configure icon Configure.png in the upper right-hand corner and navigate to Job Board on the left-hand panel.

mceclip0.png

Click the ellipsis icon inline with your external job board, then click Tracking Link.

Select values for the Who gets credit and Select a source... dropdown menus. When finished, click Create Link.

Note: Keep in mind the values selected in these dropdowns will be associated with every candidate who applies with LinkedIn Easy Apply as the referrer and source, respectively. If you prefer not to associate a referrer name with these candidates, leave the Who gets credit dropdown blank.
