Greenhouse Recruiting's integration with CrediBLL allows your organization to match candidates to jobs more effectively, using CrediBLL to crate positions automatically to enrich your talent pipeline.
Create a Harvest API key for the CrediBLL integration
To configure the Greenhouse Recruiting / CrediBLL integration, you'll need to create a Harvest API key.
Follow the steps in this article to create the key, and verify that the credentials and permissions below are selected when configuring the CrediBLL integration.
Credentials
In the Create New Credential box, make the following selections:
- API type: Harvest
- Partner: CrediBLL
- Description: CrediBLL Harvest API key
Permissions
Verify that the following permissions are selected for the CrediBLL integration:
Job posts
- Select all
Job stages
- Select all
Jobs
- Select all
When finished, click Save.
Your Harvest API key for the Greenhouse Recruiting / CrediBLL integration is created and configured. Copy and save your Harvest API key to provide to CrediBLL in a later step.
Create a Partner API key for the CrediBLL integration
To integrate with CrediBLL, you'll need to create an Ingestion API key and provide it to CrediBLL.
Follow the steps in this article for more information on creating an Ingestion API key. Once the key is created, copy it in a secure location to provide it to CrediBLL in the next step.
Enable the integration on CrediBLL
Once you have both API keys created and copied in a secure location, log in to CrediBLL.
Click Integrations on the navigation bar, then find Greenhouse Recruiting.
Click Connect beside Greenhouse Recruiting.
Enter your Greenhouse Recruiting login credentials to authorize the integration, then click Authorize.
Next, provide your Harvest API key and Partner API key to CrediBLL. Navigate to the ATS Integrations page in CrediBLL (or click here).
Add each API key to the appropriate field, then click Add.
Use the CrediBLL integration
To find and export candidates to Greenhouse Recruiting, log in to CrediBLL and click TECH TALENT on the navigation bar.
Navigate to talent, then click Share (for individuals) or Share All (to share multiple candidates).
Click Export to Greenhouse.
Select a job from the available jobs in Greenhouse Recruiting, and click Export.
CrediBLL also offers a list of posted jobs from Greenhouse Recruiting, from which you can source candidates by batch or pipeline individually.
