Send (non-offer) documents to candidates in an Interview Plan

Sometimes, a candidate will need to sign a document before their offer stage and have the document attached to their profile in Greenhouse Recruiting.

To send non-offer documents through Greenhouse Recruiting, you can add the Document Submission stage to an Interview Plan. When a candidate enters the stage, an email containing an upload link can be sent so candidates can upload their signed files when they're finished.  

Notes:

  • To automate document submission email requests being sent, you can create a stage transition rule. To learn more, click here.
  • The Document Submission stage does not have any e-signature capabilities. However, you can use this stage to send candidates a needed document and provides them with a way to upload a completed file.
  • This stage should only be used for documents not related to a candidate's offer. Click here for more information on sending offer packets.
