How to edit email templates

To edit an email template, you will need to take the following steps:

1. From your Dashboard, navigate to Configure>Email Templates.

Please note: Site Admins and Job Admins with the user specific permission "Can manage company email and social media templates" will see two categories of email templates on this page: Organization-Wide Templates and My Templates.  Job Admins without this user specific permission will only have access to edit templates they have created under the "My Templates" section.

2. Click the pencil icon next to the template that you'd like to edit.

3. Once there, make any edits as necessary and click "Save" at the bottom right of your page.
