Greenhouse Recruiting allows your organization to save any report for quick and easy reference.
Note: Saved reports are stored on a per-user basis and sharing the URL of the report will result in an error. To share a saved report, email the report or schedule an emailed report.
To configure this email, click Reports on your navigation bar, then click Essentials Library on the left. From here, choose the Reports tab.
Find and open the report you want to save.
Click Filters and more to update the filters as needed.
Tip: Using relative date filters (such as "Previous Quarter") means you can save a report once and have the dates automatically update as time passes.
When finished, click Save at the top of the report.
Give the saved report a name in the pop-up window and click Save.
To view your saved reports, return to the Reports Overview page and click My reports on the left side of the page.
