Greenhouse Recruiting allows your organization to save any report for quick and easy reference.
Note: Saved reports are stored on a per-user basis and sharing the URL of the report will result in an error. To share a saved report, email the report or schedule an emailed report.
To save a report, click Reports on your navigation bar, then click Essential reports.
Find and open the report you want to save.
Click Filters and more to update the filters as needed.
Tip: Using relative date filters (such as "Previous Quarter") means you can save a report once and have the dates automatically update as time passes.
When finished, click Save at the top of the report.
Give the saved report a name in the pop-up window and click Save.
To view your saved reports, return to the Reports Overview page and click Saved on the left side of the page.
