If your company has recently updated its domain, you'll also want to update your domain in Greenhouse Recruiting.

Pro Tip: You may also want to update your Organization Name. To do this, click the Configure Configured_Icon__1_.png icon in the upper right-hand corner, then click Notifications. Click the Edit Icon_-_Edit.png icon next to Organization Name, and enter your company's new name.

In this article, we explain how to:

Verify your domain

This can be done under Configure Configured_Icon__1_.png > Email Settings.

Note: Please consult with your IT team before removing any records from Greenhouse to ensure the correct records are being updated.

Update user email addresses in bulk

Greenhouse Support can help update your users' email addresses in bulk. For more information, click here

Note: Please do not remove the old email address if there are existing scheduled interviews tied to that address.

Update your SSO subdomain

Please contact Greenhouse Support at www.greenhouse.io/asksupport and specify if you're looking to update your SSO subdomain, switch SSO providers entirely, or both.

Update your job board URL and tracking links

The job board token for your job board can be updated under Configure Configured_Icon__1_.png > Job Board > URL.

Note: Please consult with your web development team before changing the job board URL token, since this will impact your job board integration. Your team will need to update the job board iFrame script, or update their requests to the job board API, when the token changes.

If you are updating your careers page URL, we recommend also editing the Job Board (and Job Post URLs if applicable) to ensure that tracking links point to your new careers page. All tracking links (including existing links) will automatically update to point to your new careers page once this is updated. This can be done by a user with Dev permissions under Configure Configured_Icon__1_.png > Dev Center > Configure Your Job Board.

Considerations when using the Ingestion API

Except for the Ingestion API, all APIs will continue to function as before. However, if you are working with third-party partners who use the Ingestion API, you will need to tell those partners to update the "on-behalf-of" email used to make requests to their account if that user's email has changed to the new domain.
