Why can't I view private or hired candidates?

Question:

Why can't I view private or hired candidates? 

Answer:

Hired candidates are typically set to private once they are marked as hired to prevent fellow colleagues from accessing their information. 

When candidates are set to private, only users with the permission "Can create and view private candidates/ prospects" will be able to access these candidates' profiles.

For those with the Standard and Premium subscription: 

For Site Admins, they would need the user specific permission to be checked off under their Permissions box as seen here:

For Job Admins, your team would need to utilize the custom job admin levels to grant job admins the ability to create and view private candidates. See here for information on how to set up custom job admin levels.

Once you have custom job admin levels created, you can easily choose which job admin level should have this capability as seen here:

For Job Admins, they do not have the ability to create/view private candidates and would not be able to hired candidates.
