Hired candidates are typically set to private once they are marked as hired to prevent fellow colleagues from accessing their information. When candidates are set to private, only users with the permission "Can create and view private candidates/ prospects" will be able to access these candidates' profiles.
If appropriate, your team can make the needed permission adjustment so that you can view the needed private candidates:
- Site Admins: Users with Site Admin permission would require the user specific permission "Can create and view private candidates" to be checked off under their user profile. This would apply to private candidates associated with any public job.
- Job Admins: Users with Job Admin permission level would need to be added to the specific job with a job admin permission level that included the permission stripe "Can create and view private candidates/ prospects". This would apply to hired candidates associated to jobs where this user has a job admin permission level that includes the ability to view private candidates.
