Paylocity integration

Paylocity offers intuitive, easy-to-use HR and payroll software that helps automate and streamline processes, attract and retain talent, and build culture and connections with employees. Paylocity's integration with Greenhouse Recruiting seamlessly imports newly hired candidates from Greenhouse Recruiting into Paylocity.

Set up the integration

Before you start

Before setting up the Paylocity integration, you must first purchase the Greenhouse integration in Paylocity's Marketplace. Once an integration agreement is in place with Paylocity and a partner integration resource is assigned, Paylocity will provide the details to create the webhook. 

You can reach out to your Paylocity account manager to clarify any contract requirements.

Create a webhook

To integrate Paylocity with Greenhouse Recruiting, create a webhook. Follow the steps in this article to create your webhook. Use the values listed below to configure the webhook:

• Name: Paylocity Integration
• When: Candidate has been hired
• Endpoint URL: The endpoint URL is provided by Paylocity on a per-customer basis.
• Secret Key: Your Paylocity company ID. This will be provided by Paylocity.
• Advanced Settings: The username and password will be provided by Paylocity on a per-customer basis.

Use the integration with Greenhouse Recruiting

Once enabled, the Greenhouse Recruiting web hook will send new employee information to Paylocity's Onboarding module where the employee can be added to an onboarding event.
